1 General Terms & Conditions

5 Bets (bundles.app/5bets) ("we", "us", "the platform") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services offered by 5 Bets.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To register on 5 Bets, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active.
• After registration, you will need to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This may require a copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You are liable for all activity carried out through your account.
• If you suspect a security breach on your account, notify the support team immediately.

3 Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use 5 Bets. We take the protection of minors extremely seriously and maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage betting.

• By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• If there is any doubt regarding age verification, 5 Bets may request a birth certificate or NID at any time.
• If a user is found to be underage, their account will be closed and any deposited funds will not be refunded.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that underage members of your household cannot access the platform.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

5 Bets supports the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account's verification level.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• Only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Using third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• To prevent money laundering, 5 Bets monitors suspicious transactions and may request information about the source of funds when necessary.
• Deposited funds are verified by the platform before being used for betting.
• Betting with credit cards or borrowed funds is strongly discouraged.

5 Withdrawal Policy

5 Bets is committed to ensuring fast and hassle-free withdrawals. On average, withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes. The following conditions must be met:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals above ৳5,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing winnings derived from a bonus.
• In cases of suspicious activity, 5 Bets may temporarily suspend withdrawals and request additional verification.
• The maximum daily withdrawal is ৳50,000. A separate limit applies for VIP members.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission. During periods of high traffic, processing may take up to 60 minutes.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5 Bets offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the bonus offers page. General bonus terms and conditions are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount.
• Reload Bonus: Available to eligible users each week. Wagering requirements are set separately.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 5 Bets reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• All bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50.
• Cashback bonuses apply only to losses from real-money bets, not bonus funds.

7 Betting Rules

There are a few key rules to follow when betting on 5 Bets. These rules apply equally to all users and are in place to ensure a fair betting environment:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 5 Bets explicitly permits it.
• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the event begins. Once the event starts, Live Betting rules apply.
• Odds are subject to change. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 5 Bets reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Match fixing or the use of insider information in Sports Betting is strictly prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 5 Bets and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets.
• Using bonus abuse or bonus hunting strategies.
• Collusion — gaining an unfair advantage by coordinating with other players.
• Using funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Engaging in disrespectful or threatening behaviour towards other users or staff.
• Registering with a false identity or using someone else's personal information.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

5 Bets may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• If an underage user is identified.
• Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests can lock the account for a period of 6 months to 5 years.

10 Limitation of Liability

5 Bets is always committed to providing the best service. However, there are limits to our liability in certain situations:

• 5 Bets is not liable for failed bets resulting from internet disconnection or device issues.
• 5 Bets is not directly responsible for delays caused by issues on the part of third-party payment providers.
• 5 Bets is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
• 5 Bets is not liable for any losses resulting from user negligence or incorrect information.
